Ivan Nikkhoo is the Managing Director of N3 Capital. He is regularly featured in numerous publications, was a finalist for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and professional organizations worldwide. He is an active member of YPO, and has served on numerous industry, philanthropic, and business boards.
He has lived on three continents, has travelled extensively throughout the world, speaks three languages, is experienced in doing business globally, and enjoys traveling and sports.

With over 39 years of C-level global experience in the tech sector, Ivan is a seasoned and highly experienced entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and operator, focused on helping teams prepare for rapid growth, scaling, expansion, and liquidation events.
Ivan is the Founder and Managing Partner at Navigate Ventures, a B2B Enterprise SaaS early/mid growth stage fund focused on helping entrepreneurs outside Silicon Valley, between series A and the B (Growth) rounds.
Ivan brings significant board experience, deep domain expertise, and a broad base of contacts and resources to his portfolio companies. Ivan is a member of YPO and CEO organizations, and a YPO resource globally. Ivan has also has been an Adjunct Professor at USC Marshall School of Business where he teaches classes focused on entrepreneurship, growing and scaling companies, venture capital, private equity, entrepreneurship, and founding successful startups.
Ivan is a data driven investor focused on conservative investment strategies across asset classes, asset allocation strategies, trends, and optimizing risk/return profiles. He speaks regularly at family office events and conferences on these and related topics.
He lives in Bel Air with his family, and is an avid skier, sailor, and scuba diver.
